Program Description

MISSION STATEMENT Ada Developers Academy is a non-profit, tuition-free coding school for women and gender diverse adults. We focus on serving low income people, underrepresented minorities, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community. To do so fully, we offer onsite drop-in childcare for our students. Ada academy child care center is committed to provide a safe, healthy, inclusive positive learning and clean environment child care for all families in the ADA developer Academy community.

PHILOSOPHY OF ADA ACADEMY CHILDCARE CENTER To value children as their own teachers they can pursue their own potential and interests. Also they can revisit and build upon ideas at their own pace and abilities. The environment will let them to self guide them selves to have a positive developmental growth. Children can deep in their social development throughout play and can have a positive learning from nature and the community.

GOAL ADA ACADEMY CHILDCARE CENTER ADA Academy Childcare goal is to bestow a safe place for children to come and explore their potential and abilities also connect to the community. Provide a diverse care for children who have various interests and background. Supply a high quality developmentally appropriate Childcare space and safe nurturing and recreational environment while there parents attend school. Present a space that stimulate social, cognitive, physical and emotional growth. Parents to have access to interact and engage with their children while they are at the center.

VISION Children feel loved respected and encouraged to develop their own potential to the fullest. Promote positive growth in the lives of all children by positive role modeling. Integrate a holistic approach to meet children unique abilities and help children to enable to develop their social, physical, emotional, and intellectual abilities. **VALUES ** Safety Will provide a safe and clean environment that meets the CDC guidelines to put parents at ease when they come to the center. Inclusion All children are welcome and all are equal. Positive learning Children will engage in open play learning environment that will let children explore, and experiment to grow their developmental skills and abilities. Also provide support that example positive learning growth throughout play. Accountability and Partnership Open communication with parents and provide a inclusive place with in the community. That promotes a positive relationship with the center.

OBJECTIVE

  • Provide a curriculum which allows each child to develop new skills by exploring and experimenting throughout play.
  • Supply a safe, clean, and healthy environment to children so their parents are at ease and obtain a peace of mind about their childcare.

  • Provide an open communication with parents to and accommodate their needs and wants for their children developmental growth.
