Program Description
I am a Washington State Certified Elementary Teacher with 4 years of experience as a kindergarten teacher as well as 3 years experience teaching in a preschool Head Start classroom. My passion is for the early learning primary years and I am highly qualified to support elementary students with their home learning. I am able to provide support students and families with tutoring and support with online public school curriculum as well as individual enrichment activities and learning opportunities. In addition, I am able to develop and implement individual and personalized learning opportunities with high quality and rigorous academic curriculum tied to national learning standards. ACTIVITIES

My classroom management is excellent and I am a skilled classroom teacher who is able to assess and meet student's needs with a holistic approach. I believe that all children can learn and be challenged by rigorous academic content as well as meet the high expectations for social and emotional growth as well.
I love to travel, read, hike, spend time outdoors, and hang out with my grown children. My most recent endeavor is to send time learning the language of my cultural heritage which is Hawaiian!
