Kayley is a Montessori trained infant and toddler educator and administrator with over 15 years experience working with children. She is inspired by the Montessori and RIE philosophies and believes that children should be allowed to explore, take risks, and be curious. Children will get to bake, garden, clean, and make art, along with lots of reading and exploring. She is comfortable working with parents at home and is happy to support the family in any way, including cooking, cleaning up, and doing laundry.
