I like to focus on a variety of structured gross motor, fine motor, and mind on activities. I am a big believer that children should be outside as much as possible and be provided with opportunities to socialize. I like to incorporate yoga and mindfulness into mini-lessons and read lots of books throughout the day. I think it's important to get children involved in their nutrition through cooking and baking. I believe free play is important and leave an adequate amount of time for children to let their imaginations freely take over.
